I am a senior data analytics and performance measurement professional with close to a decade of experience at British Columbia Investment Management Corporation (BCI), one of Canada's largest institutional investors managing over $250 billion in assets. My work at BCI spans the full lifecycle of enterprise data: designing and building reporting infrastructure, constructing governance frameworks with complete source-to-report lineage, delivering executive-facing analytics across 33+ investment funds, and driving multi-year data migration initiatives that transformed how performance is measured and communicated.

My technical foundation is deep: SQL, Python, Power BI, DAX, VBA, Tableau, and modern AI tools including prompt engineering, agent-based automation, and large language model integration. I bring domain expertise in performance measurement, data governance, systems integration, and decision intelligence.

Beyond institutional analytics, I am the founder and principal of Sage Moxie Inc., a Canadian consultancy that applies data science and AI engineering to measure, analyze, and optimize the performance of data-generating systems. Investigating the Architecture of Reality
Through Scientific Rigor

Alongside my professional practice in data science, I pursue an independent research program in consciousness science. This is a rigorous, multi-year investigation into the fundamental architecture of consciousness, integrating insights from neuroscience, quantum biophysics, information theory, non-equilibrium thermodynamics, neurophenomenology, systems theory, and contemplative traditions.

My research centers on a theoretical framework called Onto-Syntropics (OS), which proposes that consciousness, field dynamics, and physical form are co-investigable as aspects of a single phenomenon. The framework maps a nine-level field hierarchy across three domains (Phenomenal, Causal, and Principal), identifies three primary carriers of information (Physical, Emotional, and Mental) plus an emergent fourth carrier (Ontical), and grounds its architecture in governing equations that bridge quantum-scale dynamics to lived human experience.

This work connects directly to measurable neuroscience: the OS field hierarchy maps onto the brain's Triple Network Model (Default Mode Network, Frontoparietal Network, Salience Network), and the framework generates falsifiable predictions about biosignal coherence patterns across EEG, HRV, ECG, and EDA modalities.

PSYCHOREGENESIS is a 90,000-word original work that presents a unified scientific account of consciousness, the human being, and the nature of reality. Drawing from twelve source disciplines spanning quantum biophysics, computational neuroscience, non-equilibrium thermodynamics, information theory, neurophenomenology, biofield science, systems theory, philosophy of mind, contemplative science, developmental biology, epigenetics, and psychoneuroimmunology, the book builds a rigorous case for consciousness as the foundational substrate from which all experience emerges.

The work introduces the Onto-Syntropics framework, its nine-level field hierarchy, the three carriers and their governing equations, the Lemniscate of Consciousness as the unifying visual architecture, and the PsychoRegenesis process itself: the developmental arc through which a human being can consciously participate in their own regenerative evolution.

My long-term research and development vision centers on HaloCore™, a proprietary biosignal coherence platform being developed under Sage Moxie Inc. HaloCore™ integrates the Onto-Syntropics theoretical framework with real-time multimodal biological signal processing, targeting a new category of human performance technology that goes beyond existing wearables.

The HaloCore™ system is designed to integrate EEG, HRV, ECG, and EDA signals through a unified computational pipeline, governed by the Syntropic State Sequencing (S³) protocol. This is not a wellness tracker. It is an architecture for measuring and governing consciousness states through biologically grounded, scientifically falsifiable metrics.
